Requirements for Pet Sitting in Our Home (small healthy dogs only)

Vaccination policy: To ensure that our guests go home to their humans in the same good health as when they arrived, we require a vaccination record showing that the following vaccinations are up-to-date and current:

• Bordetella better known as "kennel cough"
• Rabies
• DHLPP

Illness: All dogs on any medication must be accompanied with a note from their vet stating that their condition is not contagious.

Flea Control: We require that all guests be on some type of veterinarian approved flea control such as Frontline, Advantage, or Program.

Temperament: We can only accept small dogs that are well behaved. Dogs that show aggression towards other dogs or people will not be accepted. Temperament will be evaluated when prospective clients and their dogs come to preview The Barking Station.

Forms: Please click to download a copy of our client form and vetrinary release form. We'll need you to sign one of each before we can care for your pet.
